1. After-Sales Consultation
  1. Providing consultation and advice in the administration and possible obstacles so as to comply with the Condominium Act and other related laws.
  2. Reviewing rules and regulations already available or drafting new rules and regulations, providing consultation on legal deeds, contracts, with a specialized team with more than 20 years’ experience.
  3. Supporting site operation to ensure smooth administration, transparency and peaceful living together.
2. Finance and Accountiong
  1. Setting up a finance and accounting system for the condominium, housing estate.
  2. Preparing and issuing invoices for common fees and other service charges, preparing accounts income statements, balance sheets and overseeing expenditure in line with the budget approved, and reporting to the Executive Committee and co-owners in a General Meeting.

3. Finance and Accounting Software
  1. Setting up a finance and accounting system for the condominium, housing estate.
  2. Preparing and issuing invoices for common fees and other service charges, preparing accounts income statements, balance sheets and overseeing expenditure in line with the budget approved, and reporting to the Executive Committee and co-owners in a General Meeting.
4. Safety and Traffic

Setting forth measures and regulations to ensure safety and security.

5. Housekeeping

Employing maids and overseeing them to make sure that the areas and facilities are kept cleaned.

6. Engineering and Maintenance Services
  1. Overseeing and maintaining electricity, water, sanitation and air-conditioning systems in good, working conditions.
  2. Supervising contractors’ operation under service contracts for instance, elevator maintenance, to ensure that the
    elevators work efficiently and safely.
  3. Overseeing the Closed-Circuit TV system, conventional TV system, antenna and phone system.
  4. Swimming pool, pumps, water conditions in the pool.
  5. Access control to ensure safety, keycard distribution to co-owners.
  6. Overseeing contractors working in apartments on renovation or decoration.
  7. Keeping the landscape in the premises in pleasant conditions though the project has long been in service.
  8. Preparing a Preventive Maintenance Plan for all the engineering systems and monitoring the implementation.
  9. Figuring out working procedures, keeping a record of machinery for easy reference and durability.
  10. Preparing a contingency plan and a handbook in case of blackout, floods, fire, earthquake, etc.
  11. Initiating an energy-saving program to save project operating expenses.
  12. Providing consultation and advice for the durability of the engineering systems.
